We always recommend you have cloud emails for your business. Google's professional email is what we reocmmend it allows you to have (yourname)@(yourdomain) but run via a google mail profile.

The other provider is Microsoft 365. If you are interested in Microsoft 365 we can recommend a supplier to use who is good at setting these up who we trust.

We can help with the basic setup of your GSuite Account. We charge a fixed $150 + GST to do this and you will at the end own your own account. This is great for safety and it does not sit with us. 

Step 1: Visit the pricing page and select the Free Trial plan of your choice here. Business starter is good for many small businesses and you can grow up. Business Standard is the most popular.

Depending how much you use your email and how vital it is to your business. Remember you can always upgrade in the future. 

Step 2: Follow the setup steps and select the email address you want with your domain name. Complete as much as you can. 

At a point through the process it will take you to a dashboard. 

At this point you can just exit out and email team@virtualinnovation.co.nz you Email Address & the temporary password you have setup.

We can help you setup all the Domain records & text records required and make sure it is running perfectly.

You will need to send us:
1. Your desired Email Address/Addresses
2. Your full name associated with it. 

Our team will go through a process to make sure the records are all in place and the email address is working perfectly. 

Step 3: We will send you your new login details and you will be able to setup your signature. We recommend changing your password from the demo. 

Tip: Download the Gsuite or Google email app for your iphone if you are an apple user. We prefer it to Apples email.
