Launching your website is an exciting journey! 🚀 To get your site live, we need some details about your domain name—the unique address where people will find you online (like yourbusiness.co.nz).

There are 2 options you can choose from:

Option 1: Share Your Domain Provider Login Details

If you're comfortable, you can provide us with the login credentials for your domain provider. This allows us to handle the necessary configurations directly. Common New Zealand domain providers include:

  • 1st Domains: A popular choice for .nz domain registrations.

  • Free Parking: Offers domain registration and hosting services.

  • Crazy Domains: Provides a range of domain and hosting solutions.

How to Find Your Domain Provider:

  • Check Your Email: Look for emails about "domain registration" or "domain renewal"—these often mention your provider.

  • Review Billing Statements: Your credit card or bank statements may list the company charging for domain services.

Option 2: If Your Email or Domain Is Managed Separately

If your email services are managed by a different provider (like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), or if another company handles your domain, please let us know. 

We can supply the specific DNS records needed to point your domain to your new website without disrupting your email services. You can connect us with them via an email.

Option 3: If Your Domain Is with an Old Website Provider

If your domain is still managed by a previous website provider, we can transfer it to our management. This involves requesting a UDAI key (a unique identifier for .co.nz & .nz domains) from your old provider. 

Once we have this key, we can move your domain over to us and handle everything from there. We’ll look after your domain name for $40 + GST per year, ensuring it’s secure and correctly configured.
